Even if mixed well, sloppy timing and out of tune notes can make a track sound amateur, unprofessional and even muddy. This is where editing can help a song to really stand out from other productions and give it a professional and tight sound.
- Time correction
- Pitch correction on vocals
- The edits will be inaudible and subtle
Editing will not be able to take a really horrible performance and magically turn it into this super tight and perfectly in tune recording with an awesome feel to it. Also that shouldn’t be the purpose of editing. It should be used to take a good and solid performance to the next level, slightly tightening up things and thus enhancing the feel of the whole song.
If you are absolutely unhappy with the edits I performed and don’t see it working out then I’ll be happy to give you a complete refund. No questions asked.
I work on a per track flat rate model. One track means one instrument (drums, bass, guitar, vocal etc.).
